Dance!

       Feeling very sluggish or sad? Dance! Feeling lonely? Dance! Don't have any work to do and feeling bored? Dance!
       Your body is always with your mind, so use it to transfer some energy to your mind.
       Are you one of those people like me who feel awkward to dance before others? That's where bathrooms and restrooms come to the rescue. Lock yourself up in a private room and dance till you drench yourself in sweat. Go, try it!
